ABOUT ST MARY'S VILLA
The Villa is located at 56 Burton St Concord,
adjacent to St Mary's Catholic Church at Concord.
St Mary's Villa is made up of separate ‘houses',
each offering specialized care:
- CARITAS
Nursing home level care, or high care, with 22 single bedrooms and 7 twin share bedrooms located on the ground floor of the facility. - EORA
Hostel high care with 18 single bedrooms located on the first floor. - DELANEY
Hostel or low care house has 32 single bedrooms located on the top floor. - McCARTHY
A secure Low Care Dementia unit with 13 single bedrooms also located on the first floor. - Respite, or short stay care is also available (2-6 weeks).
St Mary's Villa is located on the corner of Broughton St and Burton St Concord, next door to St Mary's Catholic Parish Church and school. Pedestrian and vehicle access is from Burton St.
The nearest railway station is Burwood, approximately 1.5km away.
