To work with family and friends and the wider community in a spirit of love and cooperation for the well being of the residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our values<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We respect the residents\u2019 individuality by promoting freedom of choice and decision making and empowering the residents to maintain normality of life and independence. We maintain the residents dignity by respecting their privacy and encouraging a positive self-image hence promoting self-esteem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We uphold the residents\u2019 rights and act as an advocate on their behalf.
